Hi there!!!
I bought a Fitbit Charge 3 in November 2019, and until about the end of March 2020, it has worked perfectly. But now it has started having issues. The entire device!
The screen goes black every time i press the button, and even when it is on, whenever i touch the screen, it would simply black out. It switches on every time i press the button, but 90% of the time, the screen switches off almost immediately. I have checked, and the firmware is 28.20001.63.5, which, as far as i can tell, is not the latest update, according to https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1372, is not the latest version. I am hoping that a software update will fix the device.
However, i have synced my Fitbit with many devices to test, including an iPad mini 4, Nokia 6 (2017), OnePlus 6. All three of them successfully sync with my Charge, but not one of them has detected an update.
Am i doing something wrong? Or is this a known issue? Someone please help me out here.

Hi there!
The late response is no problem, with the current situation I’m just glad I got a response 😅
I did contact your support, and one of them reached out to me. However, after a couple of emails, to which I replied, he did not respond. The last email was on May 3rd, 2020. I replied to the latest email again today, saying hat I have not received any response. I am still awaiting one.
I’ve had good experiences with your support in the past, so hopefully this doesn’t disappoint! 🙂
Many thanks
