Charge 3 blank screen

My Fitbit charge 3, which I have had for only 2 months, has a blank screen. It still works fine, but the screen is blank. I have tried restarting it, but the screen is still blank.

Hi @Nikki79, welcome to the Community Forums. We're sorry for the late response, due to recent events affecting our operations, we're taking longer to respond.

 

I'll be glad to help you with the black screen on your Charge 3. Thanks for taking the time to restart it prior to posting here. Nice way to go! 

 

Since the restart didn't work, please check on the Fitbit app if your Charge 3 is still syncing. If so, change the clock face to a different one to see if this brings back the display. Don't worry if you cannot see anything on the display by now, this process is done through the Fitbit app.

 

Hope that gets you back on track, let me know the outcome.
