My Fitbit has not worked for 2 days. I tried holding the button for 16 seconds, plugging in and then removing several times. It still vibrates/ screen flashes and makes buzzing sound. Fitbit states they know of a problem. I hope they fix it. If not, I’m getting an Apple Watch.

I'm sorry to hear about your Charge 3's odd behavior. Thanks for taking the time to perform a long restart on your Charge 3 prior to contacting us.
If you haven't done so yet, I recommend rebooting your tracker. Open the Settings app and tap About > Reboot Device.
In regards to the last part of your message, I was wondering if you contacted our Support Team already?
