A few days ago my screen started having vertical gray lines. Today it is three evenly spaced and separated lines. I've tried to reset it and also tried the long reset. The reset doesn't change anything. I also saw the change the clock face but then the laptop box just kept spinning and said it couldn't find the fitbit. The button on the side keeps making it go to the first screen so I can't do the long reset. It also is not really scrolling through the screens. I had to take it off to make it go to the exercise screen and put it back on. The battery is not holding a charge as long as it used to. Help!
