Charge 3 won't sync

Since this original post things go from bad to worse. 2nd failing Charge 3 now will only sync once a day when plugged into charger, device forgotten, device re-added and sat on top of my phone. After a few hours of actually then wearing it as you’re supposed to do it loses time, sends no notifications of calls or messages, stops tracking steps, doesn’t show heart rate in the app that is on the device and doesn’t record any sleep, that is until the next day when you take it off again, plug it in and repeat the above.

 

Fitbit support message sent almost a week ago stating response times of around 48 hours -no response at all as yet. Forum threads that go on and on about the issues lots of people are having and the same responses from anyone at Fitbit to restart device etc. If you want a fitness tracker to look nice on a windowsill while plugged in but not actually wearable or usable I’d say go buy a Fitbit, if you want one you can actually wear and track your activity I wouldn’t bother.
