I've noticed the screen on my charge 3 has gone blank, it was working fine yesterday.
The button at the side still vibrates, I've tried charging it and holding the button for 10 seconds and repeating this about 4 times, still blank screen.
I've also tried plugging USB to computer and holding button down, still blank screen.
I've tried changing clock face, still blank screen.
Can someone help as I'm not sure what else to try. Thank x

We have the identical problem to Kelly AND have followed all the steps she noted in her post
On the Dashboard it shows the battery is fully charged.
Whilst the charging attachment is correctly attached to the Fitbit Charge 3 if we squeeze the clamps in we hear a continuous buzzing sound - both just plugged into power plus on our Mac with our Fitbit Account open. We have held clamped together for for 10+ seconds and also for 20+ seconds - still no smily face or anything else on the screen.
