Charge 3 blank screen

Hiya. My Charge 3 has got loads of issues at the moment.

1. 6 black lines across the screen

2. It won't sync and is losing time

3. And now the screen is black and won't show anything.

I've tried all the different resets, deleting the device and repairing it, deleting the app and restating it. Please help!
