Hi, my Fitbit died on me about a week ago so I plugged it in and let it charge. But once it turned on there were lines through the screen. Now it won’t let me scroll left, up, or down. It is still on and tracking though it is not accurate.
I did a quick re start, a long re start, and I changed the clock face as suggested in web fixes I have read. I contacted the support team around 4 days ago and no one has gotten back to me. I need the tracking for a school grade so would like to know if it’s something on my end I can fix.
