Come Fitbit, reading through all these comments it appears there has been a longstanding issue with Charge 3 screen fading and going blank with none of your suggested fixes working. Most of these devices being reported are fairly new 6-18 months old and while not the most expensive device in the market at around £100 (average depending on model) not cheap either.
Would expect device to work as advertised! Have used Fitbit for a few years and up till now been happy with them. Loved my charge when I got but not much use when you can’t see screen and now the added issue of it not recognizing it for iOS app! Seriously considering jumping ship to Garmin. I realize the global situation at present (hospital key worker) but you can answer emails from home!
