Most people here seem to have this issue with new or fairly new devices. I however have had mine a year and probably should expect that lasting a year is a pretty good outcome. I have to say I expect my device should last longer.
Yesterday my Fitbit Charge 3 went black/blank. It had pretty much a full charge, was working normally and then it vibrated, I looked at it and no life at all. I looked on here and did the full reset with the charging cable etc and nothing. I’ve now tried this a few times and nothing. I’ve done the change the clock thing and nothing.
I’m not sure what to do next as I’m guessing it is now out of warranty. Any ideas please?
