Charge 3 blank screen

I have a Fitbit Charge 3 the screen went dim last week but yesterday it went totally blank and I’ve tried restarting but hasn’t worked. I’ve only had it a year. Also someone has changed my email address on my account Fitbit account I’ve tried to change it but it won’t let me.
