Charge 3 screen suddenly went black yesterday. It does not respond to 8 or 15 second attempts to restart. I've tried to change clock face, as suggested to another user with similar complaint. It still records sleep, steps and exercise, and syncs with iPhone, where I can see data but screen is blank. What to do? Is there a "fix" for this?

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team with regards to this and saw they helped you with your Charge 3's blank screen.
