Greetings,
Once again, my wife and I are having problems with a Charge 3 tracker. On July 23 her screen suddenly had a garbled display and was constantly vibrating. We got it home and did a hard reset, and now the screen is totally blank.
It still appears to be syncing, but no display. This is the fourth Charge 3 that we have had issues with, and I'm going with Garmin next. I'm sorry Fitbit, but between devices that fail in less than a year, and an Android app that gets automatically updated whether my Android version supports it or not, I'm all done with Fitbit.
Offering to replace with another possibly buggy and defective Charge 3 is not going to work this time. Luckily we still have our old Charge 2 trackers, which are still working just fine.

I understand how are you feeling and appreciate the feedback provided about the Charge 3 and the efforts in trying to fix this display issue. About the issue you are experiencing, I recommend taking a look at this post and follow the instructions provided there.
Let me know how it goes.

I have already tried the steps in that post. I cannot get the screen back. The Charge 3s seem to be plagued with issues, both software and hardware.
