I scrolled the topics already mentioned in posts & came across many regarding inaccurate distance recording but what I'm interested in is finding out why the Charge 3 only displays distance (in miles) some of the time. Sometimes it will show distance and other times it will show the time in that spot on the display (mobile). Is there a setting I'm missing? This happens when my device automatically detects activities like walks mostly. I have been on the desktop dashboard as well but can't seem to figure it out. Thanks!

Are you talking about the display on the Charge 3, or on the phone app?  If you mean on Charge 3, are you talking about basic clock face, or display during exercise?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello, I am talking about the information provided both on the phone app and on the Fitbit website using my laptop, not the display on the watch itself. Thanks!
