My screen initially had black lines through it, leaving me unable to ready anything on it. Last week, my screen went black. I have tried restarting it several times, but nothing is working; and it is not always syncing.
This is my second Fitbit that I’ve had for 1.6 years when when a problem appears. I will have to say that this is very discouraging and I’m ready to move on to another product. Anyone else have this problem and have any luck fixing it?
