I checked my Fitbit and the time was 20 minutes off. So I tried to sync it, but didn't fix the problem. I've had Bluetooth problems before so I updated the app and my phone. Then it was a couple hours off. Then it was January. Then it died and gave me error 001, and wasn't even recording my steps. I read one of the things to do was to remove the Fitbit from my phone and re-add it. Tried that, still no dice accidentally added my mom's Fitbit from the other side of the house.
By this point I have gotten error msg 001 so I look up the fix for that and get it awake again. Still set at January trying to sync it still no dice it isn't visible. But I can manually add steps so at least its recording. I fall asleep and error 001 has returned. Try the fix again works for a bit then error 001 returns then it starts constant tapping buzz. Sounded like hammering from the neighbors was the Fitbit then a full vibrate. I let the battery run out completely. Recharged it. The Fitbit symbol is not above error 001. The smiley face shows up. But now it's just a black screen. I've tried the 15sec reset with it plugged in I don't get a battery symbol just the smiley. And now the smiley keeps popping up ever few minutes. The button does vibrate when I hit it. But just a black screen.
