I've tried reset, clock face change, and long reset as well several times. After any of these, the touch is working, but only for a little while. A minute later it's not responding anymore, loosing it's touch sensitivity completely. Only the side button press and the activity tracking is working.
Unfortunately I can't even use the silent alarm, since it's not possible to set up from the application anymore. Is there any solution for this?
