My charge 3 screen went blank yesterday. It is still syncing with my phone and buzzes when I receive a text or an alert. I’ve tried the long restart and the best I get is a pixelated screen that I cannot read even if I reset clock. Please can someone let me know how to fix this problem.
i have photos of the screen but I can’t work out how to attach them to this message.
