Disappointed that Charge 3 appears to be failing, despite no change in settings by me.  Previously it lasted just under 7 days!  Now it is barely 2-3 days and getting worse.

Is the life expectancy of the hardware this short?

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 battery is draining faster. Although Fitbit devices are designed to last there are several factors that can affect your battery life. Still I noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so keep working with them to find a solution.
