My Charge 3 is blank screen. It can only clock steps. All other functions i.e heart rate, track sleep are not working. I have performed long restart, change clock face . After the software update, the screen was initially blur and truncated now totally blank. Can Fitbit customer support assist soonest. I am concerned that my charge 3 will totally malfunction
