Apparently this is a big issue as of late. I went to bed last night and my Fitbit was fine, this morning the screen is black. I’ve tried restarting and I’ve tried changing the clock face with no luck. At this point after reading the forums there’s no point in calling the support team because they’ve told a lot of people they can’t help... so, now what? At least it’s still tracking I guess, just can’t see what time it is??
