My charger screen is blank I have done everything it still sinks

Would you mind letting me know the steps you've performed?
In the meantime, please make sure you've restarted your Charge 3 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.
If you've done the above but to no avail, the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Plug the device into the charging cable.
While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds.
Remove your finger from button.
Remove the device from the charging cable.
Plug the device into the charging cable again.
The smiley face icon appears on the screen.
