Charge 3 blank screen

I am not able to see charge 3 display on Fitbit 

 

can someone suggest me 

 

how to do it ?

@Samudrala   I moved your post to the Other Charge tracker forum.  No need for you to ask your question again.

 

I apologize if I’m misreading your post.  Does your screen respond to tapping or swiping?  Have you tried restarting it?  Can you describe your issue any other way?

 

 If your screen is dark, no matter what you do, you might have a screen failure.  There are other posts in this forum from other users and they had the same issue.

My charge 3 screen is blank.

On the app it shows fully charged, I've changed the clock face and placed on   charger and done a reset it is still blank HELP

I have the EXACT same thing happening to me as well. It JUST started this morning (4/9/23). It was fine! I went to chk on the brightness setting because it seemed like it was little dark and when I got to that screen on the tracker, it went blank and has been blank ever since. It is STILL tracking my steps, syncing, etc., and vibrating when I connect it to the charger or chg the clock face, but NOTHING will display. Can't tell if it's resetting or not because there is no display, but it's definitely vibrating like the reset is working. Can't find a way to reset it from within the app vs on the phone, so I'm pretty sure it's trashed. 😞

Were you able to get your screen to display? I'm seeing there have been SEVERAL of these "failures" within the past 24hrs. Seems a little odd to be a coincidence!?! None of the "fixes" I've found online have worked for mine. Mine quit this morning (4/9/23) after I went in to the "dimness setting". The screen just went blank, disappeared and will not return. I've tried chg'ing the clock face and doing a hard reset and nothing works. Pretty sure it's a lost cause. 😞 Just seems suspicious, like perhaps a software/firmware update broke all of these Charge 3's.

I cannot read the screen of my Charge 3.  I’ve tried all the suggestions in the forums, but nothing has worked.  It still counts steps and vibrates when I receive a message or am notified to move.

All of a sudden my screen is black. Still vibrates, charges and tracks fine. 

I've tried resetting, I've tried changing the clock face. Both many times in hopes it would work. They do not. Very disappointed 😔

Yesterday I noticed mine was not very bright and tried making it brighter, but didn’t work.  This morning it is totally black.

Plug the device into the charging cable. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, hold the button down for 15 seconds. Remove your finger from button.
