Charge 3 blank screen

Am having issues not being able to see anything on my charge 3 screen.  Have rebooted several times whilst attached to the charge but still having issues.  Don't know what else to do others than throw it away.

Hi there, @Aunty1zzy. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that your Charge 3 is not showing anything on the screen. I appreciate you've taken the time to troubleshoot this issue before reaching out, I understand how you must be feeling at this point. 

To better assist you, please confirm that you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for responding. I have tried all this, but still having issues. I had similar issues with my old charge 3.

Hi there I am having the same issue with my charge 3. It’s is fully charged and synced to the app. Have tried to reset multiple times and changed the clock face but screen is still blank. How can I get the screen working please?

Same here.

Device fully charged, device vibrates, synchronised, changed the clock face. Still black screen

I am still having issues. Like you I have recharged it several times as well as rebooting.  Just don't know what else to do.  Maybe it's time to look at other watches!!

Still not been able to resolve issue. Nie thinking about get another watch but not a fitbit.

I did everything suggested and I am still having the same problems.

I have done Everton suggested and still not working,  I have noticed today that my alarms have stopped working too

I do not know what else to do. I use my fitbit all the time.
