I first noticed that the time was off by 4 minutes so I thought just sync. It will not sync. I have tried everything I can find on the subject.
1. Reset charge 3.
2. Deleted the fitbit app then reinstalled.
3. Turned bluetooth off, deleted all found devises, did new search and now it cannot even find the charge 3.
From my searching it appears this is not a new issue for Charge 3.
Any help out there?

I’ve had exactly the same problem for roughly a week now. I cannot find it at all as a device but it’s currently 20.20 and my Fitbit seems to think it is 14.38 and I cannot change it. I’ve done all the steps you have and cannot resolve it
