Charge 3 brightness settings

I wanted to increase the brightness on my Charge 3 and I tried the Auto setting. It made the screen go dark and now I can't see what I'm doing to change it back. How can I get it fixed? Maybe if you told me screen by screen what to swipe and tap in the correct order I could get it changed back? Thanks!

Welcome to the Community, @Marinerhawk12.

Regarding your inquiry, to adjust the brightness of your tracker, you need to swipe to settings and tap the brightness option provided to the one you prefer.

Let me know if you need anything else.

I don't think you understand. My problem is the same as @Marinerhawk12. Nothing is visible to be able to follow your instructions.

It's great to see you here, @Boo_Hoo.

If your tracker's display is blank, I recommend checking out this post and follow the instructions provided there.

Let me know the outcome.

Sorry, I must have commented in another thread. Results: when I got home from work I was able to see (just barely) what was on my screen— under bright bathroom light— it was almost like seeing a reflection of it made faint— but it was enough that I could then go to settings and switch brightness back. Hope I never do that again!
Thanks 😊
