Charge 3 button isn't working

Just got this today (new to Fitbit) and the button doesn’t seem to work on it. Is it more of a sensor and should vibrate? It seemed to be OK earlier then all of a sudden has stopped working. Does this suggest this is probably faulty?

I am sorry for the delay in response. If your Charge 3 button isn't working, I recommend restarting the unit by following the instructions provided in the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?.
