Charge 3 can't sync

Hi Support

   This is my second time to ask this problem, my Charge 3 can't sync with my phone or windows 10

I tried to reboot the Charge3 and my phone and my phone's Bluetooth or windows10 and windows 10's Bluetooth they all not working for me.

then I want to try factory reset then I searched manual but there is no answer.

until today my Charge 3 is not sync for 3 months this is the most worse support  ever ~~!!!

Sorry to hear that your Charge 3 isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You can try the following:

 

  1. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  2. Restart your phone and restart your device
  3. Check that no battery saving app/feature on your phone is affecting your Fitbit app.
  4. Also, on an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
