My Charge 3 clock face disappeared. My only choice to retrieve it seems to be to sign up for the “Premium” package, which I don’t want.

Hello @BKPorter and welcome to the Help forums. To the best of my knowledge, all Charge 3 clock faces are available to all users. None are premium.
You wrote Charge 3 in your text, but you posted this on the Inspire/Inspire HR forum. I do remember that there was an issue with an Inspire/Inspire clock face and it was removed.
Do you have a Charge 3 issue or an Inspire issue? Why do you think you need premium?
