I am facing intermittent charging issue with my charge 3. Not sure how i can rectify this. Dont know if charger is bad or charge 3 itself. It charges intermittently. Any help or anyone went through same issue?

Hello,
thank you for the advice, I tried everything mentioned in the article. No luck!
As I mentioned in my post it was intermittent and now it has completely stopped working.
Any further advice is appreciated in advance! Thank you!

Can you tell us exactly what's going on? Your post was a bit vague. Just saying that you're having trouble charging doesn't help. That leaves the possibility of a million different issues. To save everyone time, we need to know exactly what's going on.

Hey, thanks for responding but actually these are the symptoms, my charge 3 was charging intermittently but it seems pretty dead now. No detection once I connect charger, tried steps mentioned in initial post but no luck. I have a case open to get a new charging cable. Hoping that might help. Please let me know if i can provide you any other information.

I have similar issue, charge 3 is not holding charge, only 2 years old, very disappointed with fitbits response to my issue.

Mine is a very similar issue - Fitbit charge 3 drains battery faster than sweat - 100% to 0 in less than 17 minutes. when I asked them for a solution they don't have any, when asked for a replacement then they say my charge 3 is not under replacement warranty.
Hey .my issue is still not resolved. You have denied me a replacement for a faulty Fitbit charge 3.

Well my issue is about device is not charging but when it was charged at 100% battery it definitely works for many days if not weeks so i agree this is something needs a replacement.
Looking for better response from Fitbit on such cases instead just the warranty statement. Thank you!
