Charge 3 charging issues

Several days ago began flipping between screens and vibrating wildly then went dead.

charged ... lasted 10 minutes.

Did the 15 second reset and it charged but lasted 2 hours.

Now has black screen and gets hot on charger. Seems unsafe.

is this terminal? Purchases June 2019 from FB.

I would make a warranty claim.
