I just received my charge 3 and the clock is accurate however it’s on a 24hr clock and is reading 0444 instead of 444. And it’s 4:44pm not am. I’ve reset the Fitbit, updated app, change clock face, and reset phone. Please help.

Go to Fitbit.com and click on the gear icon at the upper right and then Settings. Scroll down and set the Clock Display Time to what you want, 12 or 24Hr, and then scroll on down to Time Zone and set it correctly. Then scroll on down and click on Submit and sync your tracker.
