Charge 3 screen went dark

I've had my Charge 3 over a year now and every couple of weeks the screen goes dark. It keeps doing it's job while it is dark, and plugging it into the charger and resetting it always fixes it (temporarily), but is there a more permanent solution?

 

It happened again today, which is why I finally decided to write this up. The app is still getting the information, everything appears to be working properly with the exception of the watch actually illuminating to let me see results.

Thanks for troubleshooting this display issue. If you are having problems with your tracker not turning on, I recommend taking a look at this post and verify that you have followed the instructions provided there.
