Charge 3 completely unresponsive but blinking green light

Around Dec 25th 2019 at 10:19 pm my Charge 3 vibrated for a while and went dead. I thought it was a battery issue so I put it on the charger and forgot about it until the next morning when it was still dead. I thought the problem was the charger so I changed the charger but still nothing. I have tried all the reset options but still nothing. The Charger is completely blank! It

  • Does not turn on
  • Does not vibrate
  • Does not sync
  • Does not respond to button presses, taps, or swipes
  • App on phone cannot find device 
  • But green light behind still flashing

UPDATE

So I had given up on the fitbit and was searching for an apple watch to buy 4 days later when I saw the fitbit in my bag. So I attached it to my power bank and voila it just came on.  Then the next evening it started vibrating again and I noticed the battery was completely drained so I plugged it in. It took forever to charge to 100% but it has been working since. Although my faith has diminished...

Mine does the same, tried all the reboots and so on, and still nothing 🤣
