Hi @ChristaD., welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the constant vibration issue that your Charge 3 has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

In order to avoid any confusion on my end,let me know if you performed the long restart as described below:

  1. Connect the device to the charging cable.
  2. While the device is plugged into the charging cable, press and hold the button down for 15 seconds.
  3. The device turns on and shows a battery icon. Two vibrations occur: first a short vibration, then a medium vibration.
  4. The device turns off.
  5. The device turns on and shows a progress bar and short vibrations occur. The progress bar completes. Note: A total of 7 short vibrations occur.
  6. Remove the device from the charging cable. The device shuts down.
  7. Important: Plug the device into the charging cable again.
  8. After this, set up your tracker from scratch and see if the issues get fixed.

Keep me posted on the outcome.

I’ve had the same issue today, constantly vibrating with the screen flashing several times a second. Performed a long restart, now the screen is temperamental and the side button is unresponsive.

Hi @Neganvuggets, thank you for participating in our Fitbit Community. Since you mentioned that your Charge 3 is vibrating constantly as well, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article.

In case the issue persists, try the long restart as advised in my first post of this thread and see if the issue gets fixed.

Let me know how it goes.

Mines stopped vibrating but now the screen is all black around the edges and I can't even use the device.

Restarted and rebooted but got worse
