Charge 3 won't swipe

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

For a few weeks now the screen on my Charge 3 has been completely unresponsive. If I press the side button, it still illuminates, but I can't swipe up or to the side to access any of the other features. Occasionally, I can get it change screens, but only rarely (maybe once every few days) and I can't do anything on those screens.

Otherwise, it does still record everything else and it doesn't seem to have any trouble syncing to my phone. I've tried restarting it multiple times, but nothing happens when I press the button, even when I hold it down for longer than 8 seconds (and I have successfully restarted it numerous times before, so I know that I'm doing it correctly).

I can't access the restart from the settings, because I can't access the settings either. I've also changed the clock face numerous times as I've read that that can fix restart issues as well, but it hasn't worked so far.

Thanks

Jack

Did you get a resolution?  I have the clock face but cannot swipe

to any other screens. So frustrating!
