Hi. I have been without my phone for a while so haven't been able to sync. Is it possible to sync on the website from a different device? Thanks

Hey there @Jess1573, it's nice to see you around the forums! I'm afraid to say no my friend. You can open the Fitbit.com dashboard from a different device by using Safari, Chrome, or any other resources like those ones but in order to sync you need either the Fitbit app or a computer with a dongle plugged in, if applicable.
What you can do right now if you have a different mobile device is to check if it's included in the list of supported devices and download the Fitbit app. Once the Fitbit app is installed, you'll need just to log into it and sync.
We recommend that you sync your tracker or watch daily. Most Fitbit devices record detailed minute-by-minute data for seven days. Fitbit devices can store daily totals for up to 30 days.
Hope this helps!

I am going to get rid of my fitbit if you don't let my tracker sync to my chromebook!
