Charge 3 continue to have vertical lines

I've been to this forum several times trying to resolve my vertical lines issue. I've restarted my fitbit, I've changed the clock face, and I've long restarted/rebooted it to no avail.

How can I get the vertical lines to go away? Help, please.

Thank you, AlvaroFitbit. I've received my replacement. Now how do I get the new one to sync to my account and deactivate the malfunctioning one?  Thank you, SVelez
