I just switched from the Fitbit One to the Charge 3. I had staff on chat walk me thru the set up. I have been sitting most of the day reading a book and maybe have 500 steps. I looked at my arm and it says 7000+ steps. That is impossible, even on a good day my average is 5000. I'm bummed about this. I read the articles on stride measuring and such but all of my info seems accurate. Please advise
