I had problems with my Charge 2 so happily upgraded to a Charge 3. I have really cared for my Fitbit and use it all the time. In the space of an hour whilst sitting at a table with friends, my Charge 3 went from having a perfect screen to having a crack across it.
I am so disappointed and am wondering if I can get a new screen fitted. Everything on it appears to be working fine. I can’t believe that these watches are only going to last about a year and then you have to get a new one.
