Charge 3 customizable font size

What is the time frame for Fitbit to create an option for increasing the font size? The exercise summary is impossible to read after a workout. It’s ridiculous. I’d like to know if I should hold out for an update or just return this now.

Likely not coming.  The Charge 3 has a small screen and space is limited.

You can always view your exercise details on your phone where it may be more comfortable for you to read.

I know that it would be great to have an option to customize the font on the Charge 3. Please take a look at the Adjust Font Size for Charge 3 request, vote for it and leave your comment.

Why is the font size so small on the Charge 3? I loved my charge 2 until I lost it... much better text size! When will this be fixed?

I just called Fitbit and the woman said they probably won’t change the font size for a couple years!! They have no plans to fix this problem. Ugh, I’m trying to decide if I should return my watch, it’s so disappointing because I love Fitbit, but the steps tracker is ridiculously small. It’s hard to understand how the company made such a poor change.

@AlejandraFitbitRequests for larger fonts have been around for YEARS! I saw them when I joined the Fitbit community 5 (FIVE) years ago. If you check these requests for Charge HR, Charge 2 and Charge 3 you will be impressed.

Unfortunately Fitbit ignore these requests as they ignore requests for alarms when going from one heart zone to another, again - for years!

They change devices so quickly that a significant number of requests cannot accumulate to be considered. I wish they checked the same requests for Charge HR, and Charge 2 and added them.

Odd that the upgrade and larger screen than the older model had a larger font.

I got Charge 3 as a replacement for free after I got a Charge 2 replacement that did not work. I sent Charge 3 back after one day of using - it was absolutely useless compared to Charge 2. I found a workaround for syncing my good old battered Charge 2.

I agree - Fitbit completely discarded all feature requests since Charge HR in 2014.

i stopped using the new charge 3 because i can't read it!  loved the face after a workout on charge 2. it is so disappointing as there was no warranty on charge 3!!

maybe so, but for a quick read and to see if it's tracking, nothing beats simply looking at it, plus may not always have phone or pc nearby.

I had "One" for years. simply to rotate the text to long ways like that had... and no need to put the large icon of the action on the same as the text, this is beyond stupid of them. once this Inspire dies. I'm goign elsewhere if they don't address it. 

obsv I know you aren't fitbit but using my phone is not always a choice.

That's a ridiculous answer.  When you're running you need to stay in your zone or check your Excercise time.  I can see a lot of fitbit users falling or get hit by an upcoming vehicle trying to see there tiny stats. Enlarge your fonts!
