I’ve just done a 15 minute run and only burned 14kcal. Surely this is wrong. Why isn’t it tracking calories burned during a workout properly? I selected the run option and everything. Help! Think I need a new one!

@NiaB Did it burn where the heart rate monitor is on your wrist? It could be a buggy HR sensor, which is why active minutes and calories aren't registering correctly. I would contact Customer Support and I wouldn't wear the device if it's burning you.

Welcome to the Community, @NiaB.
It's weird to hear that your Charge 3 only registered 14 calories burned. Did you make sure to sync the device properly? Did you manually log any type of activity? Can you provide me with a screenshot of your information?.
I hope to hear from you soon. 🙂
