Hello, my Charge 3 was working and then a week ago it was having trouble charging. I finally got it to charge and then I woke up the next day and it will not turn on. Even the green light for the sensor is not on. How do I fix this?
I'm having the same problem. My fitbit appears dead; it won't charge or show any signs of life. Is there a way to reset it? I think it is between one and two years old.
I am having exactly same problem. I charged it last night, says fully charged on app but not the screen is black, no green lights or any lights at back, no vibrations and my phone can’t find or sync with it. It is like it’s actually died.
