Within the last month, my Charge 3 screen is so dim I can hardly see it. I can’t see it at all outside.
I’ve done all the resets, changed the brightness from auto to normal and back, I’m not in sleep mode, etc.
I have loved this tracker and thought FitBit finally had a flaw-proof design out of all the previous versions my husband and I have owned. In seeing the complaints with the same problem? It’s universal.
I have probably spent $1500 in FitBit products for my fam and I in the last 10 years because when they work? They’re great. They’re too expensive to be as disposable as they seem to be.
