Charge 3 discrepancies

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

1.  My watch shows I met 9 out of 10 hours steps.  My app only shows 3 of 10.

2.  I walked for over an hour and it shows as exercise, but doesn't show as active minutes.

3.  My watch and app show 10,544 steps, but the dashboard shows less.

What am I doing wrong?  I just switched over to this Charge 3 since my charge 2 died.  I have removed and readded the device several times, as well as turning off my phone and restarting it.

I am using an iphone.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Pkreger. Thanks for sharing your Charge 3 discrepancies inquiry and for letting us know about the steps you have followed in order to fix this situation.

In order to assist you could you please tell me if your watch just synchronized when you compared the iformation or if it wasn't synced yet.

Are there any active minutes from other activities?

Thanks for getting back to us and for letting me know that after syncing your device there are still no active minutes @Pkreger.

Did you stop during your activity or was a non stop exercise? Could you please send me a screenshot of your exercise?

See you around.

Didn’t stop. Same thing happened today. Loved my charge 2 as it did what
it was supposed to hate the charge 3.

Am considering giving up on it and looking for another brand that does what
it is supposed to do.

Thanks for trying to help.
