A month or two ago, my Charge 3 display stopped automatically going to the brighter range when in bright light, like outside. I have tried cable reboot and reboot from the soft menus. I have tried every brightness setting. Nothing helps. Occasionally it will go bright for 1 second then dim again. Very frustrating when running outside. Any help would be appreciated.

Best AnswerThat doesn't sound good for me getting this fixed. If the software would just giving me the menu option to use the brightest setting would resolve it for me. But you can only choose automatic, dim, and normal.
Best AnswerTech support acknowledged there is an issue they are working on. They had me perform a long restart. That helped momentarily, but then my charge 3 went back to its old ways in fairly short order.
