Charge 3 display and syncing issues

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My first charge 3 wasn’t even 6 mths old and it turned pure black on the screen couldn’t do anything with it as it was in responsive. got a replacement one. and now that one is not working properly only 8mths old and It won’t sync to my iPhone all of a sudden, can’t read the display screen as it’s Got missing parts of the numbers.

It’s like lines that run thought the display screen some bits you can’t even make out what it’s meant to be. My husbands one is the same. I’m waiting on an other replacement charge 3 to arrive. let’s hope it’s going to trouble free this one .as this will be my 3rd one and to top it all

  • My replacement one won’t be the same one as I had before.

The one I have which is faulty is a rose gold blue/ grey  One. the only choice I got on a replacement one was a black one. So you don’t even get a choice it’s a case of it’s that one or nothing at all. It would be nice if Fitbit could rectify the issues with their fit bits so they work better than they do.

Or even recall them as they are  certainly defective with so many common faults.and give people replacements That Are  actually reliable.
The Fitbit  Company can clearly see that so many people are having the same issues also that I have  Had as well.

question for fit bit why are you not fixing these faults. Or recalling faulty products. and wanting to improve your products and wanting you customers to be happy and satisfied with your products

instead of un happy customers complaining about your products.
