My Charge 3 was acting normally until I looked down and suddenly I had lots of white banding on my screen. After doing my own restarts, I contacted support and was basically told I was out of luck because I've had it for 14 months - outside their 12 month warranty period. It seems as though this is not a rare problem though - a defect? Who else has had this problem?

There was no solution. I was basically told I was out of luck and offered a 25% off coupon. I would rather pay for a repair, just getting an entirely new device seems wasteful. The device still works, it's just difficult to read through the banding. Is a screen repair possible? I think if I'm going to have to pay to replace it, I'll go with a Garmin or something instead as I've had better luck in the past with their customer support and device longevity. Promised features for the Charge 3 (o2 sensor) never came and the device was so buggy the first couple months.
