Hello again,
My Fitbit Charge 3 of only 4 months old, is showing only 2 horizontal white lines. Tried to change clock faces bit did not work. Can you please help me?

Hope you are doing really during this period.
My issue, I think is a bit complicated. Firstly I'm from Mauritius Island, and last year a former colleague who is studying in USA, came to our company in Mauritius to do some 'test' with fitbit charge 3 for two weeks.I've installed the app but I had to use an imposed email address. Afterwards, when he left, I kept the app on my mobile.
In January 2020 I went to Australia for my brother's wedding and I bought a fitbit charge 3 there. I paired the watch with my phone.
Then in the beginning of April, the problems began with the watch, black lines on the screen, and after one or two weeks, it became as in the picture attached. Then, since last week it became blank. So I emailed your customer dept, but they couldn't relate the fitbit charge 3 with my actual email address. Therefore I uninstalled the app and afterwards I re-installed it. Big mistake!! Because when it came to the pairing moment, I couldn't as the watch's screen is blank. 😥😥
So yeah, that's what has happened and I would be grateful if you could help me please.
