Charge 3 display corrupted

I charged my Fitbit Charge 3 last night and the screen turned gray with white lines going through it. It was working perfect until I charged it. I have done many restarts long and short and nothing has helped. I am very discouraged. Any suggestions as I depend on my Fitbit for everyday use.
